Custom recipes for Guy Parker’s famous barbeque sauce.


Pineapple Mango Chicken

  •  1 lb of Chicken tenders

  • 1 cup of small cubed Pineapple or Pineapple tidbits

  • 1 cup of diced Mango

  • 1/4 cup of Guy Parker's BBQ Sauce and Marinade

Place chicken tenders in a skillet with just enough water to cover the bottom, pour Guy Parker's BBQ Sauce over the chicken tenders and saute on both sides at medium high until done. Cut the tenders into 1 inch size pieces and add the Pineapple and Mango and stir until all of the fruit is hot. You may add more sauce, if you like more spice than sweetness. 

Guy Parker’s Vinaigrette

  • 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil

  • ½ cup of Guy Parker’s BBQ Sauce

  • 2 table spoons of honey or Maple syrup to taste (peach or apricot preserve would work well also)

Mix all of these ingredients well to create your own salad dressing. This can also be used as a marinade for any type of meat also. A fresh piece of mint would be a great addition to this dressing. 


Guy’s Spicy Fruit Dish


  • 1 Large can of chilled pineapple tidbits (could substitute chilled watermelon)

  • ¼ cup of Guy Parker’s BBQ Sauce

Drain the pineapple well. Place the pineapple and sauce into a bowl and mix well. You may use this as a side dish, add to a salad, on your pizza, or garnish on chicken or pork entrée.



The Mean Marine


  • 4 oz Tomato juice

  • 1-2- oz of Guy Parker’s BBQ Sauce

  • 2 oz of Absolut  Peppar Vodka

Guy Parker’s BBQ Chicken


  • 1 whole chicken split or 4 boneless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup of Guy Parker’s BBQ Sauce

  • ½ cup of water

Place chicken in a baking dish or pan, and marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. Pour water in dish then cook chicken in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour. Or place on the grill and cook until juice runs clear.


Guy Parker's Glaze


Combine 1 jar of your favorite preserve, apricot, Orange Marmalade  or Peach may work best and mix ¼ cup Guy Parker’s BBQ Sauce together and glaze your Ribs or Chicken 10 minutes before taking off the grill. Also goes well with Salmon.


Guy's BBQ Shrimp


Take 1 lb of cleaned shrimp (salmon would be good too) and ¼ cup of Guy Parker’s BBQ Sauce and Marinade and combined in a zip lock bag and refrigerate for an hour. Place shrimp on the grill and sear for about two minutes each side. You may dip the shrimp in some fresh sauce also.


Guy Parker's Cornish Hen


  • 1 Cornish hen

  • ½ cup of water

  • ½ cup of Guy Parker’s BBQ Sauce

Simply pour water in baking dish, place Cornish Hen in dish and pour sauce over the hen. Place in oven on 350 degrees and bake for about an hour or until done.


Spiced Pecans


  • 1 cup of Pecans

  • ¼ cup of cane sugar

  • ¼ cup Guy Parker’s BBQ Sauce

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Spread onto a baking pan (use foil wrapping for easy cleanup) and bake for 7-10 minutes @ 350 degrees.  This could be a snack, use on boneless pork chops in a toss salad or a great addition to your coleslaw.  Enjoy!


Guy's Party Dip


  • 1- 8oz. container of cream cheese

  • 4 oz. of apricot, peach, or pineapple preserve

  • 2-4 oz. of Guy Parker’s BBQ Sauce and Marinade

Mix all ingredients together well and chill in freezer for 30 minutes and use as a dip or spread.



Guy Parker's Harvest Cider


  • 1/2 oz. Captain Morgan Rum

  • 1oz. Apple Pucker Schnapps

  • 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps

  • 1/2 oz. Guy Parker's BBQ Sauce

  • 1oz Sour Mix

  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake, Strain into Martini Glass
Garnish with a cherry or cinnamon stick.



Tomato, Watermelon and Mozzarella Salad

  • 4 cups of seedless watermelon

  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes sliced in half

  • 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese sliced in ½ inch cubes

Add all ingredients to a bowl toss lightly and pour Guy Parker’s vinaigrette over the salad. You may add some basil or fresh mint for added taste.
